Kentucky Derby Contenders!!

I know that today is mothers day but it's also the day after the Kentucky Derby.  Luckily once again I was able to shoot photos of the Derby winner ahead of time.  Below are a few photos of Nyquist both at Churchill Downs and at Keeneland.

I don't know if he's "American Pharoah" good but I am sure rooting for him to get the triple crown.

These were taken June 1st at Churchill Downs.  it was an unseasonably cold, rainy day but I really wanted a few more photos.  I swear one of these days (hopefully) I'll get photos of this horse in the bright sunlight.  I've been to Churchill to take photos of him four times and none of them had bright sunlight.. what are the odds!?
